Do you enjoy bringing in new ideas and building strategy from the ground up? Then read on! You will manage the day-to-day promotion and project related activities of the B2B digital channel, and you will be responsible for building the B2B e-commerce strategy including supporting the sales team, launching new products and campaigns, , reviewing the user experience, and all business projects and promotions.A day in the life:
- Drive strategic plan to increase acquisition through consumer experience & conversion
- Strategically support the sales team & drive coffee sales to develop eCommerce as a key growth accelerator
- Understand the Canadian B2B market consumption habits to provide strategic recommendations
- Responsible of all B2B online campaigns and product launches
- Contribute to the best-in-class customer experience through monitoring digital promotional and transactional trends, new features and/or technology to stay on top of digital innovation
Role Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is required for this position. The role involves frequent and complex collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or internationally. These interactions necessitate a high level of proficiency in English to effectively perform the tasks associated with the job.
- University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing/Business/Commerce
- 5 to 7 years of Digital Marketing experience gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment (e.g. Food & Beverages, Cosmetics, Apparel and Accessories) or B2B environment
- Excellent Brand Management and Communication skills
- Strong analytical and budget management skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong experience in website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
- Strong knowledge in SEO optimization and user experience
