Healthy Together are looking for two enthusiastic and experienced Business Assistants/Secretarial Support to join our existing friendly team supporting the Clinical Leadership within Healthy Together (Health Visiting and School Nursing Service).The post holders will initially be based at County Hall, Glenfield, however some hybrid working may be available after initial training period.The site offers excellent facilities, including free parking for staff, food court selling hot and cold food, outside picnic areas, and air conditioned offices.Applicants should be experienced in minuting meetings, action logs and agenda preparation, as this forms a large part of the role.Contact Details: Jane Hill, [email protected] 07557 488807Main duties of the job
- To provide comprehensive administrative and/or secretarial support to an individual, clinical team or specific service area to harmonise efforts and specialisms of all disciplines to achieve effective and efficient service provision.
- To undertake diary management, including booking events, meetings and appointments.
- To attend meetings, organising refreshments and resources, preparing agendas and taking accurate notes/minutes, identifying and co-ordinating agreed actions.
- Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of professional colleagues and service users.
- To organise, plan and prioritise own workload, to be responsive to the changing needs of the service, utilising and maintaining electronic and hard-copy office systems to ensure the smooth-running of the service or team.
- To deal confidentially and confidently with complex patient and staff information and to provide support and advice within the remit of the role, and escalating problems or concerns where appropriate.
