Working in a fast paced environment you will have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills in frailty and MDT working. You will also have the opportunity to develop enhanced skills and extend your role as an Physiotherapist As a Band 6 Physioherapist in a large and busy team you will be required to build a strong set of clinical skills, whilst further developing your leadership, communication and managerial skills. You will be familiar with all aspects of functional, physical and cognitive assessment and you will have experience of complex discharge planning. We have a strong commitment to continuing professional development with an established in service training programme, regular evidence based practice groups and commissioned external courses identified through trust appraisal process.
