Return all documentation to the Senior Sister as requested for review and upon completion of a care package.Undertake any additional training, assessment and competency that the CCNT team/Senior Sister has identified, using a risk assessment, as required to provide optimum care for each familys plan of care within the home.Attend clinical supervision sessions planned by CCNT team/Senior Sister and with other respite carers.
