Job description
This is a bilingual role. Candidates will be required to speak both English and French fluently.What you’ll do:
- Conduct primarily outbound calls to our customers, offering education, guidance and assistance in order to obtain a payment commitment
- When required, create a payment plan that will help satisfy the delinquency of accounts
- Ensure that information has been updated and recorded properly
- Identify an appropriate payment plan to recover the past due amounts through effective questioning to determine individual financial situations
- Build strong customer interactions using the Art of Communication model
What you bring:We are looking for high performing individuals who are:
- Individuals with 2+ years of strong customer services skills and/or collection experience
- Strong communicators who have passion for problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Computer knowledge and experience
- Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships with peers and customers.
- Customer focused, who go above and beyond to respond to the evolving needs of our customers
- Solutions oriented and outcome focused, with a strong attention to detail
- Team players with strong communications skills, who build relationships easily
Hours of our contact centre are:
Monday to Friday 7am-9pm
Saturday 8am-6pm
Sunday 1pm-5pm
