To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.About the roleMain tasks and duties· To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;· To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;· Excellent customer service· To dispense drinks to customers and waiting staff;· To serve food in an efficient manner to the customers· To operate the cash till according to procedures;· To document any room/folio charges according to procedures;· To replenish stock as when required to do so;· To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;· To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;· To ensure effective communication to management and peers;· To attend training courses as and when necessary;· To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;· Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;· To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;· Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions & general hotel use;Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.About the companyLa Mon Hotel & Country Club is an award winning four star hotel on the periphery of Belfast City CentreRequired Criteria
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Good Command of English Language
- Must have a professional appearance
- Need transportation due to location
- Must have 1 Yrs previous bar experience gained in a quality hotel/bar
