Built in 2017 in the style of a Devon farmhouse with attached barn, the pub is the only building on the Cranbrook development with chimneys, in order to service its beautiful open fireplaces. With a beautiful terraced garden, as well as regular events, the Cranberry Farm really is a pub for all seasons and occasions.We have an opening to boost our Leadership team with an immediate startYour rewards as a Shift Leader with our team:

• Pay of £12.50 per hour, rising to £12.90 from April 1st

• Able to ensure that the shift opening\closing, security and safety procedures are followed
• Well presented and confident with an eye for detail
• Organized, logical and able to keep on top of multiple tasks
• Committed and willing to support the GM in developing the skills of team colleagues
• Determined to provide the best possible experience for our guests, operating to brand standards
