We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BAS Controls Technicians. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills and grow your career in a dynamic and innovative company.As a BAS Controls Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of Building Automation Systems. Your essential job functions will include:– Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of BAS equipment– Diagnosing and troubleshooting BAS issues– Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts– Installing new BAS systems and ensuring their proper functioningTo excel in this position, you must have the following skills:– High School Diploma or equivalent– Certification as a BAS Controls Technician– Minimum of 1 year of experience in Building Automation Systems– Working knowledge of BAS and their inner workings– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills– Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation– Clean driving recordYou know as well as I do that this industry is recession-proof since every bank, church, and skyscraper requires Mechanical Services.
