Axcis Education is collaborating with a primary mainstream school in the Altrincham area, actively seeking a behaviour mentor to become valuable addition to their team. The role is full-time and long-term, continuing until the end of an academic year. However, the school is open to considering part-time hours for the right candidate. This school caters for children aged 3-11 years who demonstrate a diverse range of social, emotional, and mental health needs, coupled with challenging behaviours that impact their learning. The school employs a flexible curriculum tailored to address the specific needs of each student. Full commitment to the duration of the position, a collaborative mindset, reliability, and a positive work ethic are essential qualities for prospective candidates. Previous experience working with challenging behaviour would be highly beneficial as well. Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Pay per day – £90-£100
