Salary: £85 – £95 per day
Contract: Full-timeEducation and TrainingAre you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real impact in education? A fantastic primary school in Bath is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.As a Behaviour Mentor in this Bath-based school, you’ll play a key role in supporting SEN pupils to enhance their behaviour and engagement with learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive and reach their potential.Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering small group activities and interventions.
• Monitoring pupils’ progress in their learning.
• Working collaboratively with other TAs and the Support Team.
• Providing consistent encouragement and support to SEN pupils.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
• Experience as a Behaviour Mentor in UK schools.
• Reside in or near Bath.
