Are you a detail-driven Benefits Operations professional with a knack for Workday and a passion for process improvement? Ready to work remotely and make an impact on a global scale? We’ve got a role that puts your benefits expertise front and centre.A leading international tech-driven company is seeking an experienced Benefits Operations Specialist to join their HR team on a 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, support global payroll and benefits programmes, and be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support benefits-related projects in partnership with HR teams.
- Manage Workday benefits and absence configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll preparation through benefits reporting and data audits.
- Resolve Tier 2 employee benefit queries-the tricky stuff that needs your know-how.
- Own vendor management, from procurement to PO/invoice tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations across multiple regions.
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years in Benefits Operations, HRIS, or a similar HR function.
- Proven experience with Workday – especially in benefits and absence management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience managing vendors, invoices, and POs.
- Highly organised, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
