Job Description:Benefits SpecialistJoin Go Auto as a Benefits Specialist!We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to optimize employee benefits programs, manage disability initiatives, and ensure compliance. Apply now for this impactful role.Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly benefit statements to ensure accurate benefit uploads.
• Reconcile bank withdrawals with billing statements on a monthly basis.
• Manage benefit chargebacks from the parent company to subsidiary companies within Go Auto.
• Support the administration of disability claims (Short Term, Long Term and Workers’ Compensation) and generate detailed reports for earnings information related to these claims.
• Process new hires and terminations in UKG for employees on Short Term Disability.
• Calculate and process Short Term Disability payments.
• Collaborate with benefit providers and third-party administrators for benefits management.
• Handle annual HSA/LSA allocations.
• Address inquiries from employees and managers.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Provide team support and backup as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Benefits Administration
• Working knowledge of Payroll
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
