Role Introduction:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our growing bid management team within our IT Services business (https://www.oneadvanced.com/services/). This role is crucial in supporting our bid management function, enhancing our ability to pursue and win new business opportunities, and supporting existing account growth.The position offers stability with potential for career progression, if desired.   • Manage the bid mailbox, ensuring timely responses and proper triaging of requests and framework enquiries
  • Assist with coordination tasks on larger, complex bids for new and existing clients
  • Support the development and maintenance of the content library for bid responses
  • Assist in bid kick-off meetings and ensure all necessary information is collected
  • Conduct initial reviews of “self-service” proposals from the sales team, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Create and maintain bid documentation and templates
  • Coordinate various activities such as sales governance meetings and other related processes
  • Assist in establishing streamlined processes to accommodate team growth and increased bid volume
  • Support onboarding and training of future bid team members
  • Contribute to the development of sector-specific bidding strategies
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the Bid Centre of Excellence

What You Will Have:

  • While bid experience would be advantageous, it is not essential; strong coordination skills are crucial
  • As part of our offering, there will be opportunities for professional development and training, including APMP certification
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of the sales environment is beneficial
