Framework Manager / Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager / Preconstruction Design Manager – Education projectsOpportunities available for both Preconstruction Managers / Design Managers and Bid Managers.COMPANY:My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager or a Preconstruction Design Manager to work on a education projects / frameworks.REQUIREMENTS:To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager role you must meet the following criteria:– Knowledge of Building Sector.
– Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Framework Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
– Ideally previous experience on Education projects.-Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects, if they have strong preconstruction / tender experience.
– Previous Main Contractor employment essential
– High level of communication skills.
– Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).REMUNERATION:The successful Preconstruction Manager will receive:*Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
