What is the opportunity?
RBC Wealth Management Services assists clients in creating comprehensive financial plans and estate planning strategies. As the Regional Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the Financial Planning Specialists, Will and Estate Consultants, and Business Owner – High Net Worth Planning Services Specialists to enable them to focus on providing superior client service.
What will you do?
- Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Fulfill administrative duties: Printing, packaging ,and mailing of client reports
- Manage specialist calendars and meeting materials
- Complete monthly expense reports
- Maintain and order equipment and supplies
- Manage files and records, and complete travel arrangements
- Assist at client seminars & events including packaging of materials
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the financial industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills in English and French as you will be communicating with people across the country
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team player
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
