You can still apply if you think you’re a fit.Job Requirements of Bilingual Customer Supply Chain Manager:WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Customer Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product flow from our manufacturing & warehouse sites to our customers’ store shelves. They will play an intermediary role between Sales and Supply Planning to proactively anticipate interruptions in the supply of goods arriving accurately and on-time.In this role, you can expect to:
- Share your SAP expertise to source information related to customer order status, inventory location, and future production
- Assist with the development of the Customer Service Agent team, alongside the Customer Service Manager
- Problem solve carrier related and/or supply issues
- Maintain regular communication with your customer’s teams to promote a regular flow information, as well as to build a rapport that can be leveraged in situations where urgent action is required.
- Track orders in the SAP, Business Warehouse systems, Navisphere and Fourkites software and taking rapid action with all stakeholders to address any major supply interruption
- Manage the promotional volume and order deployment process; including special packs, new distribution, in/outs, and seasonal items.
- Collaborate with the customer supply chain contacts to strive for the “perfect order” by ensuring accuracy of the data to minimize order changes or rework
- Review inventory and order patterns for their customer distribution centres and store on-hand inventories to identify opportunities that will maintain an appropriate safety stock and promote volume.
- Communicate with the Distribution department and provide details regarding the actions to follow concerning product allocation, loading priorities, change of delivery dates, etc..
- Drive efficiencies throughout the team, and identify potential cost savings opportunities that the Supply Chain and Sales teams can implement
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Several years’ experience working in Supply Chain and/or Sales
- Post-secondary education in Business
- Understanding of the complexity of inventory management and experience working with warehouse locations
- Experience working with and developing a team
- Must be bilingual (English & French)
- SAP experience is a bonus!
