Our goal is, that you should love what you do!Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Anaylst/BCBA:Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.Duties for our Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBAs include:Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plansProviding staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.Qualifications:Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related fields.Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Anaylst certification required.Access to reliable transportation.Strong interpersonal and writing skills.Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.License/Certification:BCBA Certification (Required)Work Location: In Home/HybridLove your job.
