• Up To £50,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
• Monday To Friday 39 Hour Week

Are you an experienced Bodyshop Manager looking for a new challenge for 2025??We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our passionate team and drive excellence in automotive repair.What’s in it for you? What you’ll be doing as a Bodyshop Manager with our Client:

• Support all site staff to achieve and improve
• Efficiently manage the site and look to drive the business forwards
• Follow processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
• Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide backup support for the Estimator (VDA) and Quality Control in the absence of the Workshop Controller

What’s required from you? Our client expects from their Bodyshop Manager:

• Previous Accident Repair Centre experience in a similar role is essential
• ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is a plus, but not mandatory
• Audatex experience is essential
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong team motivation skills
• Full UK driving license
