Job description
Halliwell Jones Warrington is looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Controller.Your roleOur centre includes Aftersales, Bodyshop, and BMW and MINI Sales, providing a dynamic work environment.Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bodyshop workshop to ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maximize workshop utilisation, productivity, efficiency, and timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- Meet departmental financial performance objectives.
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus, subject to set criteriaYour profile
- Proven experience in a Bodyshop environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of Bodyshop systems, technology, and operating processes.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams and achieving targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of repair processes and the associated profit potential.
