Sourcing for a part time bookkeeper onsite in VaughanThe Bookkeeper will be responsible for applying rent payments, HST and Bank Reconciliations, Scheduling payments, responding to all inquiries and working in the general ledgerGeneral Ledger Reconciliations and assistance with financial statements preparationsThis is 1 to 2 weeks in the office and will be an on going project.Working hours are flexibleSoftware will be Sage 50 and there is parking available
– Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred– Practical knowledge of payroll– Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel– General familiarity with month end closings– QuickBooks experience highly preferred– Accounts Payable (AP) experience required– Foundational knowledge in bank reconciliations– Solid understanding of account reconciliation– Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)– Experience with bookkeeping– Adeptness in data entry– BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred– Previous experience using accounting softwareRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
