Why we’ll love You:

  • CPA designation or pursuing a CPA designation is preferred but not essential
  • Intermediate level user of MS Office applications, especially Excel; Familiar with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service disposition with a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • High degree of accuracy and keen attention to detail
  • Strong technical, analytical skills

Once here, you’ll:The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adherence to company policy, and ability to work with various accounting programs.In this role you will assist with:Performing accounting responsibilities such as but not limited to:Processing EFT and wire paymentsPreparing monthly bank reconciliationsRecording bank transaction
Perform Accounts Receivable Dutiesa. Preparing invoicesb. Ensure Client Receivable balances are currentc. Deposit cheques received from client to the bankd.
