  • Entry and reconciliation of monthly and quarterly bookkeeping assignments including but not limited to payables, receivables, bank statements, credit card statements and journal entries using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Accounting basics including preparation and analysis of general ledgers and monthly financial statements, calculation of fixed assets and depreciation as well as preparation of other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Completing/processing payroll for BT SK clients

  • Prior bookkeeping experience, completion of Accounting Diploma or QuickBooks Online Pro Advisory designation are required
  • Must have experience processing payroll and strong payroll technical skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to technological change.
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Sound judgement regarding confidential information and sensitive matters
  • Professional manner, strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of a fast paced work environment including related deadlines and the ability to work to meet those deadlines.
  • The ability to accept feedback and apply feedback to future engagements
