• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery atmosphere.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures, ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.

Requirements: * Must have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent). Health and Social Care qualifications are not considered relevant for this role.

• Previous experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
• Passionate about children’s learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Driving license preferred, but not essential.
