In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to a male individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.Working Hours:During school holidays: x3 days per week 10:00-18:00Term time: Tuesday and Thursday 15:00 – 21:30 plus Alternate Saturdays 10:00-18:00Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalised care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in learning disabilities and epilepsy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, upbeat and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
  • Valid UK driver’s license
