A premier property consultancy based in Milton Keynes is actively seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to enhance their growing team.

The successful Building Surveyor’s role

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a supportive and dynamic team, servicing a wide range of clients across the commericial, retail, office and industrial sectors.

• Undertaking dilapidations, party wall matters, technical due diligence, and contract administration for construction or fit-out projects.
• Conducting building pathology, condition surveys, and measured surveys, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each project.
• Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accredited ideally, but not essential.
• 3+ years of Building Consultancy experience.
• RICS degree educated.
• Client focused and commercially minded with a direct approach.
• Techincal building surveying knowledge
