The role holder will also provide direct project support to discrete pieces of work for the CFHD senior leadership team.In addition, the role holder will provide leadership for Business Administration Co-ordinators that encourages a partnership approach to the administration support provided to teams.The role holer will work as part of a team in partnership with external stakeholders, Clinical Directorate Teams, corporate departments and with groups or individuals who use services to provide support in the delivery of significant developments and improvements across the CFHD and Health Community.Main duties of the jobYou will provide expertise and project management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a range of functions across CFHD so that systems and processes are leaner and make better use of available resource as well as enhancing reliability and customer focus.Responsibility for managing/leading projects or specified work streams that support wider transformation and improvement programmesIn addition, working with colleagues, the post-holder will work alongside service and team managers to ensure administrators are integrated into teamsas valuable team members in delivering good quality care and treatment, ensuring that consistent processes and standards are in place to allow high quality service provision and effective governance.Specific additional responsibilities to be agreed which could include day-to-day supervision of CFHD support staffCo-ordination and provision of routine and bespoke reports, either written or data analysis extracted from information systems as and when required.Develop and update communication and engagement information on behalf of the team/sub team such as intranet, Partnership Progress, intranet/internet, special bulletins, social media, training briefings / invites etc.Undertake specific and discrete project support responsibilities working directly with and for the CFHD Director, Deputy Director and members of the senior leadership team, as required in line with the above dutiesAbout usSuccessful applicants will be employed by Devon Partnership Trust (https://jobs.dpt.nhs.uk/locations/working-here )Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) comprises an Alliance of NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon.CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.
