The ideal candidate possesses a spirit of collaboration and will join our team to lead our current technology ecosystem, manage our software platforms, execute strategies to improve outcomes, align IT solutions, and drive impact.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work as directed by leadership to support the mission of Austin Angels to:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of technology systems, databases, and key software platforms (Apricot360, Neon)
  • Provide regular maintenance and necessary backup of platforms.
  • Conduct periodic system assessments and make recommendations for future enhancements, integrations and investments.
  • Conduct compliance audits, maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
  • Offer help desk support to the network
  • Ensure standardization and develop repeatable processes for work flows, use case, and reporting
  • Create implementation and training support materials for end users and maintain the user guide
  • Commission licenses and maintain billing information
  • Respond and resolve user requests
  • Maintain data archiving requests
  • Provide ad-hoc coaching and training on systems best practices, as well as access to product documentation and formal training
  • Diagnose and escalate issues as needed to ensure proper and timely resolution
  • Data Analytics:
  • Oversee all aspects of data reporting, including monthly Impact Numbers, collecting accurate data from regional chapters. Provide in-software support to Program Staff to ensure accurate data submission.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (e.g., databases, surveys, and CRM platforms).
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform program and operational strategies.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Build reports that track qualitative and quantitative measurements, grant qualifications, and client-centered outcomes
  • Research Data Analytics
  • Be responsible for all aspects of Customer First Assessment surveys, including administering the measurement surveys to the network, extracting accurate quantitative data for impact and outcome research
  • Understand and administer all applications relating to survey distribution: Airtable, Jotform, Twilio, Sendgrid. Ensure that integrations between these applications and Zapier are successfully maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Chapter Success to ensure data extraction is presented to regional chapters.
  • System and Process Improvement:
  • Document workflows, processes, and system configurations.
  • Google Workplace Administration:
  • Manage and administer the Google domain and Google drive for the network.
  • Ensure easy access and intuitive navigation of the Google ecosystem for all users.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems or similar field of study or 3+ years of experience with a case management software platform in a similar role
  • 3+ years of professional experience in relevant industry such as technical support or database/system administration
  • Demonstrated understanding of programing coding language
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills with technical agility and creativity
  • Interest in technology and a desire to solve problems independently
  • Understanding of linking multiple platforms to build a technology infrastructure

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience with case management systems (Apricot) and donor management (CRM) systems (Neon).
  • Experience with administering Google workspace and Slack for the organization.
