We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in artificial intelligence and analytics to join our digital transformation program. The position will report to the Head of Business Analytics and as a Business Analyst – AI, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of AI, Analytics & Automation projects.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for appropriate application, especially for Gen AI, Diagnostic & Predictive Analytics.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements, translating them into IT specifications.
  • Work closely with IT experts and Cross-functional business teams to design, develop, and test Gen AI/ML outcomes to implement quality next gen processes.
  • Support and Coach cross-functional business counterparts & citizen developers with best practices to effect change management for value realization.
  • Define milestones metrics to measure the success of Automation/AI initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders & support associated change management.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technology, making recommendations for adoption when relevant.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user training manuals.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions for sunsetting legacy, business adoption and agile incremental enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and standards and contribute to the development of internal AI governance policies & continuous process improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Analytics, or specialization in related field.
  • Proven 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AI & Analytics projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in related tools e.g. Tableau, Knime, Python, Mendix

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and agile program setting.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with contemporary cloud architectures, agile program setting and application of complex diagnostic analytics, machine learning and generative AI concepts.

  • The pay range for this position is $71,300 – $122,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
