Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with over 7 years of experience.
- Expertise in integrating cross function understanding within own field of specialty for leading projects
- Strong judgement skills for using sophisticated analytical tools and techniques to identify solutions
- Adept in using MS Office and project and risk management methodologies
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating difficult business concepts and converting information to compelling business context, solutions and advice
- Strong influential skills to influence and gain alignment across increasingly senior shareholders while exercising discretion in confidential matters
- An intellectual mind with positive attitude who can deliver programs and projects by prioritizing and multi-tasking in a demanding environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for colleagues and Executive audiences

Job Details
Can you use your forward thinking in identifying impacts of a project on an individual business area? Can you figure out business needs and priorities for defining options and achieving consensus on approaches effectively? Can you help peers and business partners in ensuring alignment to the strategic plans? If so, then we have a right opportunity for you. We are looking for a highly seasoned professional with a substantial knowledge in a complex field for the position of Business Architect. In this role, you would:
- Understand and address evolving business needs/strategy by acting as source for developing new and innovative set of business capabilities. This includes, recommending sequencing for change and delivery and positioning the assigned capabilities appropriately to business leaders
- Provide business expertise in developing innovative business strategies while ensuring they are in alignment with broader business architecture vision
- Collaborate with senior management for building the business case and defining the rollout plan for capability development and success metrics while handling the ongoing substantial model for the capabilities owned
- Administer the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned key business capabilities including financial ownership, and ongoing optimization and sustainment oversight
- Develop portfolio dashboard for assigned capabilities including successes, challenges and trends frequency of reporting while suggesting process improvements to reduce costs and create capacity
- Identify and mitigate risks and report non-standard issues for timely resolution and ensure processes are within risk appetite to protect the interest of the organization and maintain a culture of risk management and control
- Keep current about emerging trends and standard practices pertaining to regulatory changes and administer the development of related tools and templates while ensuring communication and change management strategies are in place to improve the scope of the business largely
- Build a positive, open and diverse work environment by guiding the team in completing work assignments accurately, communicating issues, enhancing and sharing knowledge and participating in personal performance management
