Working alongside other Small Business Banking Advisors, the position delivers expert advice on CWB product and services including loans, deposits and cash management products. If you have a passion for delivering top tier customer services and exploring a career in commercial banking, keep reading!What you’ll be doingAs a Business Banking Advisor at CWB, you will have the unique opportunity to provide outstanding service and experienced advice on CWB business banking and cash management solutions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and leaving them with a magnificent impression of CWB. Your responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service by offering experienced advice on CWB business banking and cash management solutionsLeading and growing a portfolio of new business clients (up to $5M) that are onboarded through CWB’s Business Contact CentreProactively asking clients additional questions to better understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsAssisting in the administration, tracking, and reporting of sales activities, marketing campaigns, and local market initiatives using our CRM Reporting toolWho we’re looking for & what you’ve donePost-secondary diploma or certificate with strong supporting professional experienceA passion for continuous growth and learningThree (3) to five (5) years of banking experience, experience in small business banking and cash management would be considered an asset.Resilience and adaptability to embrace change and improve processes and efficienciesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a geographically diverse client base in a contact centre environmentOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated through email and telephone interactionsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively and efficiently handle large volumes of workShown ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets while encouraging meaningful relationships with team members and partnersWhy work with us?Proudly recognized by Great Place to Work® in 2024 as one of Canada’s top 50 Best Workplaces & member of Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired Corporate Culture™ Hall of Fame.Wellness matters.
