On-site requirements.For additional information, please contact the recruiter for a complete job description.The opportunityThe Business Coordinator provides outstanding customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by preparing, auditing, and processing lease documentation.Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat!Enter credit applications, ensuring data integrity and service level agreements are metEngage & interact directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer service while uncovering needs, countering, overcoming obstacles, providing quotes & communicating credit decisionsCoordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentationEnsure timely follow-up by obtaining required documentationConduct audits prior to funding leasing documentation, confirming all applicable standards and policies applyEnter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detailProactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experienceFoundational knowledge and experience to grow from.Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative role – or equivalent/relevant training and experience.Intermediate skill level in MS Office and ability to learn other credit and/or sales applications and programsBilingual in French & English is considered an asset.Skills and competencies that will take you further.Analytical.
