Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Cork, IrelandTravel Requirements: Regular travel within Munster, Company car providedMorgan McKinley is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven professional to join a leading multinational packaging company. Your focus will be on managing both existing and new client relationships, with a particular emphasis on our customer base within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Engineering industries.What You’ll Do
- Drive B2B sales growth, focusing on the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Engineering industries.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, both new and existing.
- Identify untapped markets and develop innovative strategies to penetrate them.
- Represent the company during client meetings and site visits across Munster.
- Travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team in our state-of-the-art facilities
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in packaging or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corrugated, protective, or wooden packaging solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven success in sales, lead generation and business development.
- Knowledge of packaging/testing in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors is a bonus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to evolving markets and priorities.
- Full clean driving license and flexibility for travel.
