Business Development Manager – Immersive Events Agency – London/HybridAre you a Business Development Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?DNA Recruit are working with a Leading Events Agency in the Immersive Events space who are expanding globally and looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in an Internationally recognised live event and supercharge your career in business development.
About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to expand the reach of a globally successful interactive art experience. You will lead initial sales pitches, oversee business negotiations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan.
  • Identify, target, and secure new licensing partners globally.
  • Conduct market research and utilise B2B sales platforms to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business.
  • Support the licensing team with tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise the CRM system for accurate lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales staff in a remote-first environment.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Immersive Arts & Live Events sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading sales teams and driving commercial growth.
  • Ability to secure and manage high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong network within the Events industry (desirable).

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience).
Location: London (Hybrid)
