Our Business Intelligence Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. - Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals for business intelligence
- Learning and fully understand the data landscape for use in our reporting, including sales data, marketing spend (for various e-commerce companies)
- Develop dashboards and create reports
- Support users in using dashboards and reports
- Review and validate data and maintain data sources
- Communicate insights to senior management and across the organization
- Analyze and synthesize data; report back findings with recommendations
Rotation areas (personalized according to each candidate as well as company needs):
- Operations
- Merchandising
- Customer experience
- Production planning
- Paid marketing
- Webshop management
- CRM (email/Whatsapp/SMS)
- Finance
Who You Are
- A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
- You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, like computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studies
- Extreme rigor when it comes to solving problems and data analysis
- Some experience programming for data analysis
- Fluent English speaker
- You are a self-starter and take initiative
- You are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
- You are thorough and detail-oriented
- You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
- You work well with others
