About the Role-
Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a solid background in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes within the Haleon Digital & Tech Information Security (DTIS) team. Adept at leveraging analytical skills and process modelling expertise to identify areas for improvement, enhance operational efficiency, effective communication & awareness within DTIS and drive organizational success. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, effective communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive positive change within the organization. The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes supporting Portfolio Management and Delivery within DTIS through collaboration with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users.
DTIS Resource management. · Cybersecurity programme governance administration; Develop & manage governance charters; Manage calendar invites; Facilitate governance meetings.
Collecting, analyzing data, and developing performance management reports; Governance meeting attendance reporting.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes by analyzing data, conducting interviews, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business processes and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and subject matter experts, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process improvement initiatives.
Creating new, documenting, and managing DTIS Cyber Portfolio processes · Develop and present clear and actionable recommendations for process improvements, outlining the benefits and potential impacts on the organization.
Support the implementation of recommended process improvements, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful integration and adherence to established timelines.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make further recommendations for optimization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, changes, and associated procedures.
Developing and documenting intake processes and forms; DTIS Service Requests; DTIS Budget approvals; DTIS PO Requests; Phishing campaign requests.
Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements throughout the organization.
Developing and managing Cyber Portfolio programme change management processes.
Utilize process modelling tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Confluence to visually represent and document current and future state processes.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure that stakeholders are informed and capable of following revised processes.
Cybersecurity Portfolio programme awareness campaigns inclusive of business engagement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with proposed process changes and develop mitigation strategies.
What are we looking for –
Ideal experience range between 4-7 years.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Skilled in MS Teams /Jira/Confluence/PowerPoint/Visio.
Domain expertise in Cyber Security and IT or OT.
Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making.
Familiarity with concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures hardware, software and services used in delivering information security services.
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills to foster positive working relationships and partnerships.
Ability to influence across multiple levels to negotiate the right outcomes.
Effective communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
Broad knowledge and practical experience of working in a highly regulated environment, preferably consumer health product manufacturing.
Practical experience with Agile and other development frameworks.
