About the RoleIn this role we will look to you to support the Head of Tenant Experience in the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient business services support function incorporating all administration and planning activities. You will have overall responsibility for a large team of Business Services Administrators and Operational Resource Planners undertaking a wide variety of tasks. We will look to you to develop and maintain systems and procedures which will enable you to provide comprehensive performance and data analysis allowing for effective management of people and resources within the service.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:1. Experience of managing administrative and planning functions2. Ability to make clear decisions at an operational level to ensure service continuity3. Knowledge of ICT databases, financial and administrative systems and procedures, including extraction of financial and statistical information using computerised systems, e.g. Microsoft Office4. Analyse information accurately for decision making within a complex construction environment and unpredictable conditions5. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate with customers and members of the public6.
