We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives on delivering high-performing applications for Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crime IT team managing Investigations, Case management workflows and Suspicious Transactions Regulatory submissions.What will you do?Lead detailed requirement phases by identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business systems issuesAssess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with the Project Life Cycle utilizing reporting tools, and requirements.Identify, track and resolve business systems issuesCreate or lead the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training useManage project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, reports, etc.) and resolves emerging issues at the implementation stage of the projectContribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategiesDevelop strategic training plan associated with introduction of new/ enhanced the business processesProvide assistance with business user testing, when requiredDevelop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team membersIdentify issues and escalates/manages resolution as required.What do you need to succeed?Must-have:5+ years of experience with business systems analysis and software development.Expertise in data mapping and creating data mapping specifications.Familiarity with ETL processes and experience with Big DataExpertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business rules for processing data.Experience defining and documenting complex functional business logic.Familiarity with SQL database and experience with scripting languages (SQL).Nice to-haveStrong experience working in Agile projects, using Jira, creating user stories, and overall knowledge of the Agile FrameworkKnowledge of Anti Money Laundering and Financial Crime offensesKnowledgeable on business process modeling, process mappingKnowledge of IT delivery methodologies: Agile, Iterative Waterfall and WaterfallWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, encourage progressive thinking to keep growing, and believe in working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
