Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds without help.
• Ability to push goods up to 150 pounds on a hand cart without help.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and staff members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• ServSafe Certification required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to quickly clean, clear and reset dirty for the next service.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
• Act as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff, ensuring clear communication.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, prioritizing dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Assist waitstaff in serving beverages and meal items to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain a seamless dining experience.
• Perform general cleaning duties using standard cleaning products to uphold health standards.
• Ensure adequate supply of folded napkins for all meal periods throughout the day.
• Complete assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies.
