Assisting in the collection and recovery of contracted repayments necessary to achieve the maximum recovery of the client’s debt, you will be a vital member of Poad Financial Services’ ongoing success through your interactions with clients, customers, and field-based agents.What will your day look like as a Call Centre Representative?· Make both incoming and outgoing calls to clients who have past-due accounts in order to arrange settlements for unpaid balances.
· To precisely document every interaction with customers in the collections system.
· Handle every client equally, competently, and in accordance with the law and accepted standards of conduct.
· Handle general account inquiries and collect regular payments from clients.
· Update account details, including the payment method, bank information, and address and contact information.
· You will communicate with other departments as a call center agent to address issues on behalf of clients.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE?· Proficiency in typing.
· Adequate English grammar and written communication skills.
· Although not required, previous customer service experience is preferred.
· The capacity to confidently use a variety of communication channels to establish a strong rapport and show empathy with customers.
· Sturdiness and the capacity to maintain composure under duress.
· Knowledge of IT Tool Use.
· Extreme attention to detail.
