We focuses on providing senior level sales and marketing services for the well qualified independent senior consultant who is looking to expand their technical network and clientele.We are looking to recruit several Call Centre Representative to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.Your day-to-day role will include:· Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
· Working towards personal and team targets on a daily and weekly basis.
· Providing excellent customer service by tailoring your conversation to promote our excellent products.
· Being comfortable handling customer queries and focusing on providing the best solution to themWhat do you need to have?· Experience of working within a Customer Service or Call Centre environment
· Good IT skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Good organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise.
· The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) plus a good telephone manner.
