Job Description:Summary:This role is responsible for handling all facets of creative asset clearance and traffic for clients including but not limited to: placing post-production and distribution orders in the XR platform, creation and distribution of traffic instructions, management and maintenance of all aspects of customer account in the XR platform, and all follow-up work, including fielding inquiries and reporting talent usage.Notes:This position is a hybrid which will require to be present in the London Office a few times a month.This is a 6 months Fixed ContractJob Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts on behalf of the customers; interact with clients, brand teams, creative agencies, post houses and media buying agencies to gather necessary information and synthesise it into traffic instructions and XR platform orders
  • Prepare and generate traffic instructions in the XR platform; knowledge of media buying software is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Work closely with Global Clearance teams to ensure compliance of all on air material
  • Create production orders (captioning, encoding, etc) and distribution orders in the XR platform, often with keyed or attached instructions
  • Prepare traffic estimates for new and existing clients
  • Ensuring billables are tracked and accounted for each month
  • Report talent usage to talent managers to facilitate prompt and accurate payment
  • Prioritise urgent tasks within multiple clients’ workflows
  • Cross Training to support our Centre’s of Excellence and our globalised model of operations (Canada, London and Kuala Lumpur)
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or Study in the Advertising industry
  • ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience advising and providing consultation to clients and team members; ability to multi-task in a high volume work environment
  • Strong understanding of Broadcast TV and Radio landscape and Broadcast Traffic procedures; knowledge of Clearance and Talent functions are a plus
  • Proficient in Word and Excel and/or Google equivalents
