Job Purpose:

As a Campus Experience Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordination and delivery of supporting a range of activities within the Campus Life portfolio, including supervising staff, events, communications, data collection and analysis along with any other related tasks whilst ensuring a quality and consistent approach.

In this exciting role you will collaborate with a diverse range of teams across the University to ensure a smooth running of Campus Ambassador operations, support campus activities and provide an excellent campus experience for our students, staff and visitors.

The Campus Experience Coordinator role may require flexibility in shifts based on the role demands and requirements as some activities will include evening and weekend work. This role is predominantly campus based and would require you to be on campus supporting activities proportionate to the business need. Hybrid working / work from home will be supported on occasions.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Services within the Commercial Services Department which is part of the Campus Life Directorate. Campus Life aims to create Thriving Campus Communities and deliver on the University’s strategy commitments around student, campus and social experiences of our students, staff and visitors.
