We are looking for a Canteen Team Leader who is reliable and conscientious person , reporting to our Canteen Manager, this role is key to ensuring the canteen runs smoothly on a daily basis.Role includes:Stock taking and product rotationServing of food and beveragesCollect monies and operate cash tillResponsible for cashing up at end of shiftCleaning of kitchen equipment, worktops, tables and floorsOpening/Closing Canteen at start/end of shiftDeputise for Canteen Manager during periods of holiday/sickness, to include ordering of stock, end of day/week/month accountsPreparing and cooking of foodAssist Canteen Manager with implementation of new processes/procedures including compliance documentationThe above is not exhaustive.Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills:High level of English & numeracy skillsGood team playerFlexibilityGood customer serviceWillingness to participate in trainingOwn transportEssential:Level 2 Food Hygiene CertificatePrevious experience working in a Canteen role.
