This position will be accountable for designing, delivering and maintaining the Long-Term demand forecasting and supply planning needs. Responsible for developing a methodology that will highlight in advance a comprehensive view of staff capacity.

As the Resource Planning Advisor, you are responsible for long range forecasting, project analysis, consolidation of actual volume and cost information along with ad hoc analytical support. The Resource Planning Advisor collaborates with finance, operations partners and others to ensure the accuracy of our financial results, variance drivers, and developing risk mitigation plans. This position will possess strong project management, interpersonal skills and exhibit initiative and intuitive solutions based strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

Creating, Reengineering and implementing capacity planning and forecasting Analyze customer data such as contact volume, inventory TAT trends while accounting for state mandated processing requirements. Leverage data and predictive analysis to clearly articulate problems and influence decisions that support the strategic direction. Develop long range capacity model accounting for business needs and priorities. Accountable for maintain and building relationship with finance and other key business partners. Responsible for quarterly financial submissions Strong team player Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field strongly preferred
  • 2 years Verint Workforce management planning experience (preferred)
  • 3 years minimum of advanced data analytics, resource planning tools or Workforce management software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to research, problem solve, trouble shoot, lead, influence and partner across a matrix organization.
  • Experience in modeling sequential data, statistical forecasting, and time series models (ARIMA, SARIMA with seasonality and trends)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Hyperion strongly preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead with minimal direction.
  • Display ability to collaborate and develop effective relationships.
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.

  • Ability to tell the story.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,500 – 127,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
