As a Care Professional you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep their independent within their own home.Job DescriptionCare Professional Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates – from £13.00 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates
- Full time and part time hours available – Whether you prefer a couple of hours per week in the evening, weekend or if you are looking for full time, we can accommodate your availability.
- Minimum 1 hour calls – We are different from other care companies and organisations by spending a minimum of 1 hour per client visits to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Refer a friend scheme: If you refer a friend to work with us, you’ll receive a bonus if they stay within the role for 3months +

Care Professional responsibilities:Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.Duties can include:
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
QualificationsDue to the nature of the role you must have a driving licence and access to reliable transport as you may be required to assist a client to an appointment or to enable them to continue with a hobby or interest.No previous experience is necessary as training is provided.Additional InformationBe part of the Home Instead community and work with friendly like-minded people who share your values.
