In this essential position, you will be at the heart of our operations, matching skilled Caregivers with clients, and making a real impact on the lives of those we serve.Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centered Scheduling: Your pivotal role revolves around ensuring our clients receive timely and tailored care. You’ll adeptly match our compassionate Caregivers with clients, considering their individual needs and preferences to provide personalized support.
- Team Support: When open shifts arise, you’ll spring into action to ensure they are filled promptly, guaranteeing that no client is left without the care they require.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: We value client and family requests, and you’ll work to accommodate their needs. Additionally, you’ll handle unforeseen situations, including emergency call-offs, with grace and efficiency.
- Caregiver Well-Being: Our Caregivers are the heart of our team. You’ll ensure their schedules align with their availability and preferences, fostering a positive working environment.
- Client-Caregiver Communication: You will provide Caregivers with new client care plans, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide the best possible care.
- Efficient Record Keeping: You’ll maintain accurate client and Caregiver records and schedules in our system, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Client-Focused Communication: Timely responses to client requests, changing needs, and concerns are essential. You’ll be a point of contact, providing excellent customer service.
- Supportive Role: You’ll assist in the orientation of field staff, helping them integrate smoothly into our team and culture.
- Training Administration: You’ll be the Training ambassador to our online training courses, encouraging our Caregivers to continue furthering their education.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Technology: You will learn, utilize, and manage the scheduling system dedicated to our Caregivers.
- Driven and Detail-Oriented: We’re looking for someone with a sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can solve problems efficiently.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative and are motivated to excel in your role.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Administrative Experience: Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Scheduling/Staffing Experience: While not mandatory, experience in scheduling or staffing is highly desirable.
- Homecare Passion: A background or interest in homecare is beneficial.
