What you will be doing:
- Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents – working alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
- Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
- Administration of medication to residents.
- Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families.
- Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards and in line with our Care South policies.
