Join Our Casual Alive West Norfolk Team£12.26 per hourCasual as needed, shifts include evenings, weekend and bank holidaysBased at Alive Lynnsport, King’s LynnIf you are a good communicator with a confident manner in dealing with the public and have a positive approach to customer care with good attention to detail, we have opportunities for you to join our Lynnsport team. For both roles you will ensure all users of the centre have a first-class experience throughout Lynnsport.Casual ReceptionistsAs Receptionist you will provide an efficient first point of service ensuring that all visitors receive the best first impression of Alive Lynnsport. You will be able to effectively use the leisure management system with the highest attention to detail.You will be an excellent communicator with a commitment to customer care and the ability to converse at ease with members of the public in accurate spoken English to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. You will have experience of using computerised booking systems and be able to effectively deal with all enquiries and bookings for the wide range of services offered with high levels of accuracy particularly with monies and stock.All Appointment will be made subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through Disclosure and Barring Service.Closing Date: 24 March 2025Please see job description below for the full details of the job before you apply:
