The Manager Cath Lab will be based out of the health system’s 300+ bed facility known for both their acute care hospital and rehab center located in Maryland. This award winning hospital continues to be recognized for their high quality scores, patient-centered approach, and commitment to the community.Reporting to Senior Director, the Cath Lab Manager will lead a team of specialists holding their RN, RT, or RCIS license.The Cath Lab Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance, update policy procedures, assist with staff education, and cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The Manager Cath Lab will be supported by a team of specialized nurses with cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology and critical care backgrounds, along with a dedicated Radiologic Technologists, Vascular Technologists CVT, and ancillary staff. The Manager of Cath Lab should have recent experience working in a Cath Lab, ideally with leadership experience in a manager or supervisor capacity.Located just a stone’s throw away from Loch Raven Reservoir, the Cath Lab Manager will enjoy an array of outdoor activities. In addition to spending time hiking and biking Loch Raven trails, the Manager Cath Lab will also enjoy visiting historic museums, attending sporting events, and indulging at an array of delicious restaurants throughout the city. This city is home to many young working professionals and families.
