- Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 to $85,000 1st year average salary.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for road ready drivers with experience.
- Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
- Recent CDL graduate drivers.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
